For those of you that don’t know me, I have run my Virtual Assistant business for the past 9 years. In that time I have also I have had 5 children and have worked through all of the pregnancies, after birth and through those important ‘once in a lifetime’ milestones as a mother you get to share with your babies.
Now, I love my VA business and luckily I am so passionate about helping other business woman reach their business goals, however I can’t help but feel a little guilty for the countless times I have put on an episode (or 3) of Peppa Pig for my kids, so that I could focus for just a few minutes on a task at hand. Or the number of times I have said ‘Yep, please just be quiet so mummy can just make this phone call! It is for this reason that a little while back I decided to venture into the world of affiliate marketing.
The beauty of my online affiliate websites is that while I am sleeping (hmm which as a mum of 5 isn’t much!!), while I am tending to the countless requests from my children for all kinds of random things or while I am enjoying tea with my girlfriends; that those business websites are getting traffic, converting sales and making money.
